China's smart phone maker Xiaomi is now active in the smartphone industry and is launching a new smartphone after another. This company recently introduced its flagship smartphone Mi9 in China, which was liked by customers and is the first cell hit of this smartphone. In addition, this company also launched Redmi Note 7 and Note 7 Pro in India, and their first cell hit also. Apart from this, the company will soon be updating the latest Android pie to its smartphone users, and recently it has been informed about the MIUI Forum.



According to a post from the MIUI Forum, Xiaomi plans to update Android Pie in the month of December for the Redmi Note 5 and the Redmi Y2 aka Redmi S2 in March. Apart from Mi Mix 2, Redmi 6A, Redmi 6, Mi Note 3 will get this update by June. Along with this, Mi9, Redmi Note 6 Pro and Mi 6X will also get an update of the pie, but the timeline is not announced for this now.

A post from the MIUI Forum in January, it was revealed that Xiaomi will update Android pie for the first quarter in the Redmi Note 5, Redmi Y2 and Redmi 6 Pro. In the past month, Xiaomi started its last year's launch of some budget and testing of Android pie on Midrange smartphones. Along with that, this update was also brought for MI's Android One based smartphone Mi A1.
